HSE Systems:

We can assist organisations with reviewing and updating of existing Safety Mangement Systems or developing and implementing new systems. Our range of services and policies can be tailored to assist your organisation in meeting your OHS objectives.

Safety Management Systems are reviewed and developed against the five key elements of complimentary Australian Standards, ie. AS4801 and AS4804:

  • Commitment and Policy
  • Planning
  • Implementation
  • Measurement and Evaluation
  • Management Review and Improvement

As well as having a structure that is based on these five key elements, an OHS System should adequately cover current legislation and be relevant to the organisations corporate commitments and policies.

Risk Management:

We can facilitate risk management processes throughout your organisation and provide coaching for work groups in risk management techniques. Risk assessments are carried out in accordance with AS4360 and other recognised standards.
